If a computer problem cannot be resolved by our Help Desk the telephone, or if major work is required, we can arrange to have a technician visit your school to resolve your problems.

To access our On-Site Support, please contact our Help Desk and open a ticket with the exact problem that you are having. We have several remote control technologies at our disposal that allow us to resolve many problems without needing to travel, but if the issue cannot be resolved remotely from our office in Winnipeg, we can schedule a technician visit to resolve the problem.
